About shipping
As for most online shops, shipping costs are based on weight and distance and vary by country.
However, at YUI-SHOP, we made the choice to take in charge part of shipping fees, so as to benefit from a Tracking number for each package. It make things easier, isn't it. We work with the French national mail service "La poste". For packages less than 3 cm thick, we use the "Lettre Suivi" which uses a tracking number. For more than 3 cm (2 inches) we must use colissimo.

About returns, exchanges, and refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience. However, if the product arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving the product. After confirming the email, we will refund the product price. There is no need to return the product.
